# Housing History

Whole Person Care Summary pulls Living Situation data from all systems and uses it to determine length of homelessness and frequency of homelessness. Shelter, stabilization room, supportive housing (DAH), and Navigation Center stays are also displayed as a monthly summary and chronologically. Human Services Agency Permanent Housing (HSA PH) is listed, however HSA PH stays are not recorded within CCMS. The graph at bottom shows living situation over time by source.
