For eCW Users

1. Lookup your client.

   
2. Search for your client and double click the correct client.

   
3. Select "SFDPH eLINK".

   
4. Select "CCMS Summary Page".

   
5. The client's Whole Person Care Summary Page will launch in a separate browser window.
