For LCR/Invision Users

  1. Search for the patient in LCR either by the Medical Record Number (MRN) under "Search" or Last Name, First Name, Date of Birth, Social Security Number, etc. under "Patient Search".

  2. Click "Whole Person Care Summary (CCMS)" link on the bottom left navigation links.

  3. The client's Whole Person Care Summary page will launch in a separate browser window.
