How do I access Whole Person Care Summary?

There are four primary ways to access Whole Person Care Summary. Instructions on how to access Whole Person Care Summary via Avatar, DPH intranet, LCR/Invision, and WebConnect are outlined in this section. Please note that WebConnect allows both DPH and non-DPH staff to access Whole Person Care Summary outside the DPH intranet. All other methods of accessing Whole Person Care Summary require the user to be on the DPH intranet.
