Longitudinal Graphical Display of Service Utilization

Lists various types of services, organized under headings of Ambulatory Care, Urgent Emergent Medical, Urgent Emergent Psychiatric, and Urgent Emergent Substance Abuse, and graphically presents utilization over time. A quick glimpse provides an idea of service utilization within various systems and different levels of care. Hovering over a service with your mouse will show details on the date and location of that service.

Blue lines indicate that the patient is in stabilized care. Red and orange lines indicate that the patient is at risk of early mortality or decreased quality of life.
